Bundled Energy Solutions
The City was suffering from unreliable working conditions in two critical community facilities. End-of-life HVAC equipment needed to be replaced to enhance occupant comfort and reduce energy use.
Linc Service first worked with the City to maximize energy savings with multiple HVAC improvements utilizing their American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) award.
After establishing this trusted partnership by installing much needed HVAC improvements, the City again selected Linc Service to implement a second phase of energy and facility improvements. The project focused on improving two vital public facilities: a Public Safety Building and Community Activities Center. Linc Service’s solution resulted in a 50% energy reduction rate and savings of more than $2.5 million in energy and operating cost savings over the next 15 years.
